Cookies
Our webpages use what are known as cookies. Cookies do no damage to your computer and contain no viruses. Cookies are used to make our offering more user-friendly, more efficient and more secure. They consist of small text files that are placed on your computer and stored by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are called “session cookies”. They are deleted automatically after your visit. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser to inform you when cookies are stored on your computer so that you can accept them only exceptionally, under specific circumstances or never. You can also enable automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies that are required to execute electronic communications processes or provide certain features that you wish to use (e.g. the shopping basket feature) are stored in compliance with Article 6 (1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR. The website owner has a valid interest in setting cookies to be able to provide services in optimal conditions without technical glitches. Other cookies that are set (e.g. cookies to analyse your surfing habits) are dealt with separately in this data privacy statement.

Server log files
The provider of these webpages automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, which your browser sends us automatically. These are:

If you send us requests via a contact form, we will store the details from the request form, including the contact data you supplied, for the purpose of processing your request and in the eventuality of further questions. We do not pass this data on to others without your consent.

This means that the data you entered in the contact form is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1 a) of the GDPR). You are entitled to withdraw this consent at any time. All you have to do is send us informal notification by email. This does not affect the legality of the data processing operations performed prior to your withdrawal of consent.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to it being stored, or the purpose for which it was stored is no longer valid (e.g. when processing of your query is completed). This does not affect binding legal provisions, notably storage limitations.
