Handel House, located in the centre of Halle, is one of the city's best-known buildings. This is undoubtedly due to its impressive exterior: the striking façade, the majestic mansard roof and the idyllic inner courtyard. The eventful history of the building complex can hardly be fathomed today and needs to be explored in more detail. Museum employee Karl Altenburg will try to shed some light on the darkness of the building history of Handel House.
