Information on ticket refunds
Dear visitors and friends of the Handel Festival,
The two popular excursions of the "MS Händel" on the Saale to the sounds of Handel's Water Music unfortunately have to be cancelled, as the repair of the lock south of Halle could not be completed in time and the ships will therefore not be able to call at Halle.
Instead, the Alphorn Ensemble from Weimar will be playing their alphorns, French horns and gemshorns in the courtyard garden of the Neue Residenz. These concerts will take place on 28 May and 4 June at 19:30 with free admission.
Ticket refunds for tickets purchased will be made directly and exclusively by the Handel House Foundation.
Should you decide to make a donation or partial donation in favour of the future organisation of the Handel Festival Halle (Saale) 2024 and following, you will of course receive a donation receipt for the amount donated.
Please note: The refund application can only be processed if the original tickets are enclosed with the applications and are available to us. This also applies to the receipt of a donation receipt. Please only use the form for the 2024 Festival:

Refunds will only be made by bank transfer. A cash payment is unfortunately not possible.
