Its intimate atmosphere makes the Chamber Music Hall of Handel House a place where internationally soughtafter soloists can show another side of themselves. With arias from Handel’s Judas Maccabaeus and Orlando, the German baritone Florian Störtz won the 2023 International Handel Singing Competition in London. The winners of this competition are traditionally invited to sing at the Handel Festival in Halle. And so in this Lunchtime Concert you can hear the powerful, versatile voice of Florian Störtz at close quarters.
