This event is also about Handel’s world – but this time in a highly modern literary format: a poetry slam. People compete on stage with texts they have written themselves. Fun, profundity, entertainment and extending your knowledge are combined in a dynamic, energy-filled evening! This event is organised in cooperation with Wörterspeise – the best-known poetry slam in Halle. Handel lovers will know what is behind the title Vive la France and should be prepared for some surprises. And anyone who knows nothing about Handel is cordially invited to come and fill this gap in their knowledge in an easy, fun way during the show.
